you get just the basic mouse functions in OSX with the T650 - plus scroll. They have the T651 for OSX, which supports multi-tough gestures, and works via bluetooth. not sure if it works on Win 8 though...
You can get the Magic Trackpad to work fine in Windows 8 if you have a bootcamp disc which you'd have to make from a real Mac. You can run and install Windows drivers from it.
Been considering buying a magic trackpad for my Hackintosh and went searching to see if there was any Windows support for dual-booting. Allegedly, this (http://www.labnol.org/software/apple-magic-trackpad-with-windows/14158/) is supposed to ensure full functionality under Windows. Haven't bought my trackpad yet so can't say if it works.
Suddenly found a working driver solution for adding the Mac-like gestures for Magic Trackpad in Windows 8.1: http://trackpadextramagic.com
Very rejoicing feeling, all is working, even the four finger stuff. In Boot Camp, though. Haven't tried with PC yet. I think I've read the PC support might be limited because of bluetooth compatibility or something.
