Big news, macOS Ventura is launching this coming Monday, October 24. No word yet on a RC version.

EDIT: macOS Ventura Release Candidate has been seeded to Developers. Public Beta version should be seeded soon.

Apple still sells the Intel Mac Pro, an expensive machine that prospective buyers expect to use for years to come, with updates and all.
So I don't think Ventura is the last OS that will run on Intel.

Ventura probably won't be the last, but I wouldn't expect many more versions after that.

Just because Apple is still selling something, it doesn't mean that item will continue to receive updates.
