macOS Ventura crash, Gigabyte B550 Elite V2 - Ryzen 7 3800X - RX 6800

hi all, upgrade from os Monterey to Ventura keeps crashing
Err(0xe) usr standalone os.dmg.root_hash
I don't know what am doing wrong any help would be great.
am on the latest OC build, below is the attachment.

May be worth uploading your EFI folder without the SMBIOS details so someone can see if there are any issues on it. I know it has worked on Monterey so should work on Ventura, did you make any changes to OC recently?

All I did was update to 8.8 OC. OS Monterey 12.6.2 update without a problem. how do you upload EFI folder

make sure you have updated your AMD patches:

AMD_Vanilla/patches.plist at master · AMD-OSX/AMD_Vanilla

macOS 12.6.3 Update Went well no problem,​

The only problem is I can't update to macOS Ventura any help would be great.

Hello!
I'm currently trying a fresh install of Ventura on my amd b450.
Looks like your .dmg is corrupted. Il would try re-downloading the ventura installer.
