MacOS Update Breaks Adobe Creative Cloud

Has anyone had any issues with their install of Adobe Creative Cloud after updateing macOS via the built in update?

I had issues before, but thought it was a result of a "wonky" install. So I wiped my drive and did a clean install of 10.14.3 and everything is working seamlessly. I installed Creative Cloud (4.8.0.421) without issues and could install the various Adobe apps (only using PS and LR). Then today I did an update from 10.14.3 -> 10.14.4 and now the Creative Cloud app says it can't update. Here's what Adobe recommends, but I've tried all that to no avail.


Anyone have any thoughts/recommendations?

Side note: the individual apps open and work fine. It's just the Creative Cloud app that breaks.
