I used clover to spoof the device ID to 0x6810 instead of 0x6811as shown here, then I dug around in the System Profiler app so the proper name would display in About This Mac. You have to edit the SPInfo.strings file.

By the way, I have two ATI card r7 370 and rx480, do you know how to have two AMD cards running together ? Is there a way to have two fake ID's ?

Sorry, I don't think so. You would probably have to edit the info.plist file for the drivers to add one device number, and spoof the other.
