You may only download the app on a computer that meets the minimum spec for installation.

You could change the system definition of your Hackintosh (MacPro3,1) to accomplish this.

Mac Pro 3,1, Mac Pro 4,1 and the 2009 MacBook are not supported on Sierra. These models are now end-of-life.

For your hackintosh, check everymac.com for a comparable system that is compatible with Serria, like an iMac and use that SysDef. Don't use Mac Pro 5,1 or 6,1 as they will have have special modifications (long story). You can change your SysDef with MultiBeast.

Thanks, I was wondering how to change SysDef and to what.

Firstly save a copy of your config.plist so that you can revert after you have downloaded the install app, assuming that you are happy with your present set up.

You may edit your config.plist with CloverConfigurator to change the system definition.
Change it to something that meets the installation requirements.
When using it do not log into iCloud or it will break your iMessage if it is actually working.
If you want to change it permanently then choose a definition that matches your actual hardware as closely as you can.
Use the free MacTracker app or the everyman.com website to research.

Thanks a lot. I used SuperDuper to make a clone and restored it to another partition for testing. I changed from MacPro3,1 to iMac14,1, using Multibeast. It booted with no problem and its recognized as Mac14,1. I was so happy. I logged in to App Store to and was able to download Sierra. The only thing left is to fix those zeros in System ID. I've done that once already, a long time ago, just have to remember how i did it. Have to get SmUUID and Board Serial Number too. iMessage is working fine on main drive.

Open terminal, its in utilities and type "uuidgen" it will spit out a number, you can repeat if you don't like the random selection it generated. Right it down and use it.

Thanks, I did that and i got ROM and MLB numbers too. The problem i have is the Serial Number. I have generated more than 30 numbers using Clover and shake buttons but when i go to https://checkcoverage.apple.com/us/en/ to check the numbers,
it says "We're sorry, but this serial number is not valid. Please check your information and try again." Means they are all
blacklisted. They all start with C0XXXXXXXXX. Tried to change to something else but it always goes back to "C0"

If you have Clover Configurator (not boot loader) and Xcode (maybe EFI MOUNTER V3, its free) you can generate a new config.plist and add all your numbers, when you close the app you can opt to save it to your desktop. Open the clover configurator and mount EFI. Select the proper boot disk by hitting the arrow button downward direction ( if only one option appears) and scroll to the disk1s1, disk2s1, ect.. and hit enter. Close configurator, there should be an EFI disk symbol on your desktop. Open EFI file on desktop and go to clover and open it, you can drag your new corrected config.plist from the desktop to clover in EFI and follow the replace prompt. If you have disk utility you can click on the config.plist (corrected) and check your numbers. You can load the plist on your EFI backup clover files by dragging and dropping as well.

You have to mount the efi partition to change the boot configuration COxxxxxx. You were possibly looking at the EFI backups file on the main partition, which gets loaded as backups by the hidden EFI file during boot.

If you don't have those tools you should look them up, they help a lot. I bought Xcode form the App Store and don't regret it. Clover Configurator is free as is EFI MOUNTER V3, google them, download them if you don't have them already.

No. This message means nobody obtains the number you entered and therefore you can use it.
