macOS Sequoia is Now Available From the Mac App Store

The release version of macOS Sequoia (15.0) is now available from the Mac App Store. Anyone who has purchased Mac OS X or has macOS installed will be able to upgrade for no cost.

What we know about 15.0 so far...

• macOS Build 24A335
• Install macOS Sequoia Application size: 12.12 GB 14.48 GB
• Updated bootloader required for installation.
  • Update to latest OpenCore (1.0.0+) release
• Graphics drivers updated
• Intel WIFI users note airportitlwm v2.3.0 is not working natively - see here
• Intel Bluetooth users - see here
• Updated AppleALC, Lilu, VirtualSMC and WhateverGreen may be required.
• BlueToolFixup.kext update may be required - v2.6.9 available here.
• New system definition (SMBIOS) requirements - see here
• Make sure the software you use has been updated with macOS Sequoia compatibility before updating.

Surprisingly fast update from Sonoma > Sequoia. Used the direct 4.39 GB Software Update, latest kexts and OpenCore 1.0.1.

Intel WIFI is not working natively in my system with v2.3.0 airportitlwm method.

With itlwm_v2.3.0_stable.kext and HeliPort app, I can use wifi, but not native and no iPhone mirroring.

Not able to update my system. When I restart and select the installer from OC boot menu, it displays a circle with a line in between logo and then restarts back to OC menu. I am using iMacPro1,1 SMBIOS.
