update your clover version to the latest via sourceforge

This has worked for me!
I installed Mojave on second partition from High Sierra HD, but frozen on start. (see attached screen)
I was trying with old USB Stick for High Sierra with Clover 4444, now just update stick with clover configurator (today 5118) and can continue with Mojave first start.

PD: Mojave finally has finished installation and has started ok.
