macOs Catalina restarts with AMD Radeon R7 250 Card - No Signal and restarts

Hi All, I have installed macOs Catalina 10.15 in my PC. Previously it was High Sierra 10.13.6 and it was working fine with my Graphics Card (Sapphire AMD Radeon R7 250 2GB DDR3) with Full CE/QI and acceleration. Today i performed a clean installation of Catalina formatting the High Sierra. Everything is working but Graphics is not working. I used the same config.plist and clover which i used for high sierra. I updated lilu.kext and whatevergreen.kext but not working. No acceleration CE/QE . In high sierra, I injected 0*68101002 and futomakis . but same configuration not working for Catalina. Please see the video and also I have attached my clover folder. Someone please help me ? @RehabMan , @Gigamaxx please help me

Someone please help me. I made a Mojave 10.14 Hackintosh. Everything working fine except my Graphics card. My Graphics card is Sapphire AMD Radeon R7 250 2GB DDR3. No QE/CE. it says Display 5 MB.Graphics very laggy. Someone Please help me @RehabMan

I tried injecting Hamachi, still same . Any help

According to this comprehensive guide the AMD R7 250 GPU is supported in Catalina :-

Have you tried removing all AMD Injection in Clover and just letting WhatEverGreen do its thing ?
Is the IGPU enabled and configured as Headless ?

I didnt do anything new. As of now, i wasnt booted in safe mode . So I just booted Catalina with same config.plist which i attached above and this time Catalina booted fine with full acceleration QE/CI .But Metal is not supported. So UI seems cartoonish. Please see the image. But if i boot without safemode, It will show No Signal and then reboots. Can someone please help me how to enable metal and boot without safemode.
