Separate issue but probably related : macOS installer in Russian Language no matter what I tried, even when adding
<key>GUI</key>

I think it has something to do with Pentium G4560 and you probably need to set FakeCPUID to 0x0306A0 and use SMIOS iMac 17,1 or iMac 14,2

Already done so, FakeCPUID=0x0306A0 and SMIOSi=Mac17,1 (I'll give iMac14,2 a try now) (Lord, it's 3 in the morning...)

UPDATE : Not working, still in Russian...

Suggest reading this thread as they have similar motherboard you have. They have older config.plist and you can compare it with your current config.plist to see the differences. You have many options enabled which is not needed and that could cause problems.

The "Language in Russian" problem was solved(?) by installing macOS directly on to the SSD using my MacBook Air in Recovery mode (somehow Russian was the default language when creating an installer USB).

Now I've got macOS up and running (not yet test for graphics hardware acceleration tested, it's working) and it seems to be stable. yet I got the "your computer restarted due to a problem" message and a log that goes like the following:
