see my EFI for HP 470 G1 Probook
* only install macOS Catalina Beta 10.15.4
* and replace with new EFI
* edit with Clover your new Serial-Nummer

I have nearly the same configuration (except CPU, I have Core i5 4200M). I succeeded in installing Catalina Beta, but can only start in safe mode. Please share your EFI here. Thanks in advance.

here .....EFI is
better for Mojave but you can use for Catalina..
