macOS Catalina and macOS Mojave installation is very slow

I am trying to install macOS Catalina in my laptop but the installation is very slow. It took 4+ hrs for Catalina and 5+ hrs for Mojave.

Then I tried to install El capitan, Sierra and High Sierra and all of them install without any issue.

After reading different post and following them results same issue.

While experimenting, I removed installer pendrive while it was stuck at 14 minutes remaining then suddenly in installation log I saw it triggered core.pkg extraction process but after some time again it remained stuck and remained slow install.

Used createinstallmedia method -- same issue
Used unibeast -- same issue.

What are the file structures for each OS partition?

e.g. High Sierra, Mac OS Extended (Journaled), Catalina, APFS?

High Sierra and Catalina both apfs.

Have you preconfigured your BIOS for installation?

I am using same bios setting that I used on high Sierra and El capitan. Do I need to change that?

For now, disable Virtualization Technology

Are you using a USB 2.0 for the installer?

Yes disabled it and using usb 2.0. And trying to install it...let's see what happens..

No change yet stuck at same position.. l will let it like this for an hour. Let's see if any change occurs..
