MY PROBLEM:
Now have another issue, Catalina will not restart or shutdown - tried FixShutdown in Clover / APIC also tried:
AptioMemoryFix.efi (already had this) + EmuVariableUefi.efi (added this) + slide=0 (in Boot ARGUMENTS) + iGPU=disabled (BIOS, already had this).

Need help with this. Thanks

If my RT Variables | CsrActiveConfig is set to 0x0 then my Catalina drive boots but shutdown/restart fail.

But if my RT Variables | CsrActiveConfig is set to either 0x3 or 0x67 then my Catalina drive fails to boot consistently.
If it boots when I add -V (verbose) at boot arguments, then both shutdown/restart successfully operate.

At my wit's end with this. Basically between a rock and hard place in choosing consistent booting vs functional shutdown/restarting.
Any help with this would be very much appreciated!

SOLVED!!!

Using my "macOS/MultiBeast/Clover Installation USB" booted from this USB. Then selected to boot from the "Recovery" drive. Once loaded, navigated to the top of the screen menu and selected "Terminal" app. Within the Terminal app, typed: csrutil status (result displayed: SIP enabled...). To change this I typed: csrutil disable

Previously the Clover bootloader "RT Variables" settings where being superseded by the root setting in my macOS via CSRUtil where the SIP was set to "enabled". Once I disabled SIP at this root level. Any settings I apply at the Clover boot loader level now work, with either my RT variables set to fully enable/disable SIP (0x0 or 0x67ff) or any partial security setting in clover. For example, I am running my RT variables set to 0x0013.

Hoping this will help you
