macOS 12.3.1 Update

OpenCore 0.8.0. Some drama may have been involved with this update, problem solved by adding AppleMCEReporterDisabler.kext to EFI.

I updated from macOS 11.6.5 to 12.3.1 with OC 0.8.0 and the latest kexts. I had no issues with installation, but I needed to update the boot-arg for enabling the Intel I225-V ethernet controller, which changed from dk.e1000=0 to e1000=0 for macOS 12.3+, in order to enable Ethernet and prevent kernel panics after logging in.

Update to Monterey 12.3.1 version LENOVO THINKPAD E580 It takes 30 mins single restart no issues OC 0.7.7
