All is good using OpenCore 0.6.5 with latest kexts. Upgraded from from 11.4 to 11.5.1

Done in two steps for main machines: yesterday 11.5 and today 11.5.1.
iMac 19,1 with OC 0.6.8
MBP 13,1 with OC 0.7.1
Kexts previously updated to latest versions.

11.5 -> 11.5.1: 30 minutes for each of two SSD installations on one computer, all hands-off except for initializing downloads. (Too bad CCC can't just copy the whole package, but Apple no longer allows that.)
