macOS 11.1 Update

My SonOfZee and RevengeOfZee builds are both updated to 11.1 via clean install. (Replacing Clover w/OC as it refused to update past 5120 on both of these systems.)
OC 0.6.5 w/Prebuilt SSDTs (I'm not that picky) and start from fresh SSD format and a SMBIOS profile change to iMac19,1 from MacMini8,1. Both installs rebooted three times which was a bit stressful. But, I followed the Dortania instructions for Coffee Lake 8th gen and all eventually went according to plan. Using headless framebuffer id on i7-8700K and i5-8400 in plist, all video ports work although an LG TV on SonOfZee MUST be powered on during boot or it will not light up. (Same issue w/Catalina though)
