Yes that is what I see. Even softwareupdate --fetch-full-installer results in ‘Update not found’.

Pretty sure the update servers are dead - I'm getting a 403 forbidden trying to download directly through my browser, and https://www.apple.com/support/systemstatus/ shows "Issues" for the update service.

Hi. Spent hours downloading, and it was rocky. It seemed to get to the end, but fails to process the install. I think the download may be corrupted. How do I find and delete the install file?
