macOS 10.15 Catalina is Now Available on the Mac App Store

The update went smoothly and everything works so far.

Worked like a charm. I only updated Lilu, Whatevergreen, AppleALC kexts and Clover to 5070. The update itself took about 20min. Vega 56, audio, Wifi, ethernet, memory. Everything works fine.

Direct update worked for me. Three restarts and about 15 minutes of patience with black screen until it came up
Updated Whatevergreen, Lilu, AppleALC before starting the installer. Clover is version 49xx...

Update: CAD mouse is now working again! Needed USBInjectAll.kext.

Hi all. I tried to update to catalina, all the reboots went well except the last one when i am supposed to boot on the desktop.

I immediately get a Kernel Panic and can’t boot at all.

I have a Dell Xps 9560 that worked really well with Mojave.

I tried -disablegfxfirmware boot flag and also -lilibetall to no avail

Same on my z97 system with nvidia gtx770 gpu, i alway have a blackscreen and can’t boot at all.

Disabling nvidia card nv_disable=1 didn’t worked also.

Note: i didn’t changed anything on both systems except updating clover 5070 and drivers and last kext (lilu weg, etc)
