Worked from version 10.15.1 via Combo update. Not Supplemental update. Not from preferences app. Only worked via downloading Combo update, running it and after system shuts down for reboot, I needed to manually select Install macOS from MacOS - data, otherwise it would boot back to macOS 10.15.1. Took about 10 minutes (NVMe drive), 1 reboot. After done, it asked for iCloud password again and asked for some additional information.
