Thanks, It maybe be a placebo effect but I got 6,391 points better on GB4 as you can see here and compare w/my preview one

Not sure if this is effecting everyone but the latest Lilu & WEG combo will not boot for me. Had to remove and replace in recovery to get system back.

Which versions of Lilu and WEG were you using that created this problem please? (Hackingtool will tell you if you do not know, thanks)

Everything is working just as before, no noticable speed changes. I am still on Clover 5099, going to update that now. Just saying that 5099 is also fine for the update . All kexts were updated using the wonderful Hackintool before downloading 10.15.2.

The latest ones, Lilu 1.4.0 and WEG 1.3.5. All resolved with the update but it happened when I installed and rebooted to 10.15.1 but 10.15.2 would not install without Lilu 1.4.0 and WEG 1.3.5. Kinda odd one but that was my experience with my board and cpu.

I find it amazing some members having to manually choose the Install partition, I say amazing because in all the updates/upgrades (not feeling smug or particularly clever ) I've done mine always defaults to the Install From Partition between the reboots. Still it's good to hear everyone so far had little or no probs with the installation - Happy Days

i expect people indicating they had to change the install partition have multiple OS’ installed which would explain why the install partition would change to a default one that is not macOS. I have to do the same on the CustoMacs that are multiboot but I don’t have to touch the one that has only macOS installed on it.

is your machine multiboot with Windows and other OS’?

Hey Catalina update 10.15.2 hangs in apple logo and progress bar then restarts without installing updates.This happens as I restart my Hackintosh to install updates.I still don't know what's the problem.I also installed the latest lilu,ApplePlc and whateverGreen kext and my version of bootloader is 5098
