macOS 10.14.6 Supplemental Update 2

Security Update 2019-001 10.14.6 is proving difficult to install after many, many restarts it was eventually completed on my Dell Optiplex 9020 but my HP Elite 8300 i7 SFF is not having a bar of it.

The HP Elite 8300 i7 SFF gets 2 restarts then keeps giving this error message:
macOS could not be installed on your computer
An error occurred while loading the installer resources.
Quit the installer to restart your computer and try again.

I restore from my clone backup and everything this is working except the Installer. I'm running on Clover v5098 could that be an issue?

Updated without problem (only 1 reboot), comes up as Build 18G1012

Doesn’t work for me, I ran software update while having version 10.14 when it’s finished downloading the update 10.14.6 I get the message to restart the computer to install, I press to restart I see written Installing then the computer starts automatically I’m rebooting with the USB to Mojave I getMojave main screen and then I get the message again update 10.14.6 is available restart the computer to install then same thing I tried several times and still I get the message: update 10.14.6 is available restart the computer to install. Any fix for that?

I did the softwareupdate via command Line , or via the image (SecUpd2019-002Mojave.dmg) downloaded from apple, or via the Classic update via system preferences.

I have this in /var/log/install.log : 6 TIMES
