After 4 reboot everything is perfect.

I just reinstall AppleHDA.kext in S / L / E

So you downgraded from clover 4895 to clover 4862 and it worked?

Yes, that seemed to do the trick.
I suspect from what Gigamaxx explained, that, maybe, a non custom 'standard' update within Clover to the latest version 4895, installs the wrong or doubles kexts.
After I mounted and restored my EFI folder, installed Tonymacs 'custom' Clover version 4862 + new Lilu and Whatevergreen Kext, it all started working again.

I've downloaded macOSUpd10.14.4.dmg from apple and then applied update in about 15 minutes with two restarts and no issues at all.

Everything's works.
I can even remove the Graphics hack in the config.plist for i5-9600 IntelGFX support
It works native now!
I did not update clover have version 4769 installed for a while now.

Clover reminds me of JCL, on the old IBM mainframes.
Everyone used it and needed it, but no one understood it.
Not even the people who read the blue book by Brown.

Bumpy update but working. Required more patience than previous updates, especially toward the end when the installer seems to be frozen on a black screen. Ultimately, it worked.

A smooth update with no problems at all.

The only nitpick is that Clover never selects the correct partition to boot during installation on my system. I always have wait at the screen to select that during the process.

Problem with my Archer T6E wifi network card, does not detect after the 10.14.4 mojave streamlining, only the hdmi sound running natively.

I had the same problem, the update went just fine but after the T6E wasn't detected anymore. Added AirportBrcmFixup.kext and now it's detected and works as before with the added bonus of being recognized as AirPort Extreme
