This update did not go very well with my rig. I originally updated to Mojave from High Sierra with no problems at all. This update however was very problematic. Although it did eventually work my system was a little sluggish. That being said I decided to perform a clean install and I am very happy with the results :).

Same here, supper happy about the update, but turns out my Backup SSD in USB case is not loading. I can boot from it easily, so it's working fine, but i just don't see it in the OS.
Sorry if I'm late. Turned out it was the USB port limit patch I had to apply through Clover

Updated Clover to version 4910 (using Clover Configurator), downloaded and installed update from Mojave "Software Update" System Preferences, system did a couple re-boots, and it came up perfectly. And I'm running an ASUS motherboard.

UPDATE: I spoke too soon, and realized sound was gone after sleep. FIXED this by updating AppleALC.kext to 1.3.6 (as provided in this thread), Lilu.kext to 1.3.5, and Whatevergreen.kext to 1.2.7. Interestingly, my audio now comes out the port labeled "Internal Speakers" (when it used to be the first of two "Line Out(s).") No biggie. At least I now have sound! Also, my very intermittent "wake with Apple Watch" is now solid with this update.
