On other disk I have 10.13.6 and after safari and security update I get black screen so I used my Mojave efi to boot but I lost H264 support and hardware encoding if someone wants to knowView attachment 381299View attachment 381300

Regular System update worked

Same here.
No problem via System Update.
I think there’s something wrong with the combo dmg

ComboUpdate installer shows this:
"macOS 10.14.3 Update can't be installed on this disk. This volume does not meet the requirements for this update."
Regular installer seems fine and is allowing install.
SSD Drive is APFS and 10.14.2 installed with 155GB free.

Seems update will only work on APFS formatted drives. All 3 of mine are HFS+.

DO NOT download combo updated package if u update macOS from 10.14.2, just download the 2rd one.
