Now I got it, actually I solved the problem with excluding the unused ports with a bootflag
But gonna switch to RehabMan recommendation with SSDT which I never used before

Upgrade worked like a champ without having to do anything.

Updated without any problem.
Only reboot and install

usb works fine if you had made a SSDT for your USB ports:

After following the guide USB power properties not working properly, after sleep/wake the USB devices will be disconnected with warning (Disk Not Ejected Properly).
Anyway, I'm still happy for people reporting (all works fine).

update on one of my HP Elite 8300 went smooth. I updated the Clover to latest, restarted and updated to 10.14.1. Audio is working, USB is working as well.
Updating my other gigs.
