This didn't work for me. Still don't have USB3 ports working after 10.13.4 update. Any ideas?
Do you have
Code:
<key>Devices</key>
    <dict>
        <key>USB</key>
        <dict>
            <key>AddClockID</key>
            <true/>
            <key>FixOwnership</key>
            <true/>
            <key>Inject</key>
            <true/>
        </dict>
    </dict>

That's a relief, glad to hear.

Thanks for that file! Worked for me, Display-Port is back (one HDMI Audio output is the display port audio)

Regards, Florian
If you already use AppleALC.kext for motherboard audio, it has been or is being updated to include NVIDIA device IDs.

If you already use AppleALC.kext for motherboard audio, it has been or is being updated to include NVIDIA device IDs.

AppleALC 1.2.4 Release Notes:

So I've updated to 10.13.4 successfuly, except for audio - which, for the first time since 10.12.6 has disappeared (External Altec Lansing speakers connected to MB's ALC1220). Even trying the normally successful audio_clover_130 script errors out as it finds no audio codec present. Running Multibeast sound drivers goes through it's process only to find the same situation after reboot. So, does this imply those of us with no sound need to wait for a new procedure/script for enabling on-board sound?

I Think the my performance is ok...

Can you elaborate on that? For comparison:

980ti 8GB and Shadow of Mordor -> Average FPS 35, Game is laggy
RX580 8GB and Shadow of mordor -> Average FPS 70, Game is stabil and smooth

Video settings are set by "Auto Config" (Mostly High).

The worst part is that even if I go down in Video Settings to Medium or low the outcome for 980ti is the same. No change at all with FPS or stability. Feelsbad.

I have about 14 days left to decide which cards goes back. Hopefully NVIDIA will step up their game.

After updating, I tweaked one of the new NVIDIA audio patches in the AppleALC.kext source to restore native HDMI audio on my GTX 970 through Clover's KextsToPatch. HDAU device ID: BB0F

Find: 3hALDg==
Replace: 3hC7Dw==
Can you explain bit more how did you did that?

Hey guys i can confirm that HandOff feature does work much better now on 10.13.4 + iOS 11.3
i do have an iPhone 7 Plus and my Lenovo ThinkPad L440 with (DW1560) BCM94352Z

Now HandOff feature does work much better although there is a delay where the application that you open on iPhone will show up after like 15 sec on the dock.
I tested by opening "Safari" on iPhone and the icon showed up immediately on Dock, clicked on it and it opened my Tonymacx86 and to the post that i was reading.

Tried to copy a text on "Notes" on iPhone and Paste option showed up on my Hackintosh after like 15sec and it worked.

Previously iPhone to MacOS didn't work at all (not even once) since 10.13 till 10.13.3, but now on 10.13.4 seems to be much better.
