Okay! Update went smoothly... updated from App Store, selected "Install macOS from..." at the Clover boot screen... install took less than 10 minutes. Sound and trim both survived. Installed the latest Nvidia web drivers from the direct link in post #1, but experienced the screen lag issue. Used Fraxinus' German Webdriver utility to roll back to .106, and all is working well. Thanks, all!

That link is actually to the .156 release NOT the .157
