Pretty much what I figured but sometimes I need to ask the foolish question with the obvious answer . Is it needed when using a graphics card?

If you will be using PEGP to GFX0, you should also use GFX0 to IGPU. GFX0 to IGPU should also be higher in the order than PEGP to GFX0.

If you will be using IGPU heedlessly, GFX0 to IGPU should definitely be used.

BTW, your build and all the information/instructions, have been invaluable to me with this 8700k build, thanks for all the hard work, not only with the build but also with all of the documentation that went into your post.
