At first, everything ok. I ran First Aid from Disk Utility, like after any update. After reboot, Voodoo HDA Audio stoped working. Ran First Aid from Disk Utility again, reboot and things seem fine. I do not use WebDrivers, since I have not managed to get them working on this Nvidia card, so this what I have got.

update CLOVER.
remove the EFI/CLOVER/drivers64UEFI/EmuVariableUefi-64.efi file and try again.
Don't forget to put the file back once update is done.

Isn't EmuVariableUefi-64.efi obsolete anyway with OsxAptioFix3Drv-64.efi bringing back native NVRAM anyway?

Not everyone can have the native nvram, it depends on the motherboard

I used the standalone installer everything is OK.

No issues installing, everything works except Nvidia, tried re-patching the old .104 but although they load there's no acceleration.
Guess I'll just boot Sierra until there's an update from Nvidia.

Edit: Rebuilt caches properly and now the old webdriver works.

Updated successfully from the Apple Store. Audio works as before without any fuss. Using Intel 530 graphics.

Updated from store here. First update after moving away from the Nvidia driver mess, and thoroughly enjoyed not having do the web driver dance any longer. Most current versions Lilu and Whatevergreen kexts appear to be working fine.

10.3.3 Sup went fine here without any issue whatsoever from App Store.
