MacOS 10.13.1 random freeze, lags, suspend

Hi, dear users
After i upgrade my Hack to 10.13(10.13.1) i got many lags, freezes, random application freezes(main window with a flower cursor)
On 10.12.6 there was no any error
I use only mandatory kexts (FaceSMC and RTL8111 kext) - thats all

My Specs -
SMBIOS - MacPro5,1
M/B - ASUS P7P55PRO
Core i5 - 750
GPU - NVidia GTX560

Graphics is perfect on Apple driver (i dont use NVidia web, only Inject Nvidia in Clover)
Use Latest Clover (4318) Legasy Boot mode (MB without UEFI)

On 10.12.6 i had working sleep, wake, Speedstep, OpenCL and others

All logs are clean - i dont see any errors whe the system freeze
Only reboot is required for normal boot

I try to perform an update 10.12.6 -> 10.13.1
I try Completly a fresh install on SSD (both APFS and HFS+J) - the problem is the same

Any ideas, my friends???

I also get this issue. Normally, there is freezing with only cursor can move for about several seconds.
I found that every time I got a freeze there is a `gpuRestart` event in the /Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports.
You could refer to the gpuRestart log file and clover config file I uploaded.

My Specs:
CPU: Core i7 7700k
GPU: Integrated GPU in 7700k, it's Intel Graphics HD 630
Motherboard: MSI Z270 KRAIT GAMING
OS: macOS 10.13.2 (APFS)

maybe try iMac 18,1 ? i have had better luck with that SMBIOS than 18,3 with my z370/8700k
