Works here for a dual monitor setup (BenQ at 1920x1080 and a Philips 42" with 4K@60Hz). No lag or anything. I haven't done any special patching (nvram or whatever).

I was really hoping 10.12.3 would cure it, its the only outstanding issue I have, it wasn't there in 10.12.1, there are a few other users with the same issue, I guess ill wait for 10.12.4


Maybe ill try a clean install

As per patch-nvme README, correct command is

./patch_nvme.sh --spoof 10_12_3

Yes... I have copy and past, now too... but, as I wrote, I have the message "No such file or directory"

Must be run from the patch-nvme.git directory.
And must be exactly as stated. The command you show is missing the ".sh".
