after reboot standard resolution, upgrade nvidia driver, dont reboot, apply AGDPfix.v1.3, reboot, done.
Sound OK!

clover seemed to have updated recently too, I updated and now it won't read my config... theres like nothing there. it was working fine before.

Clover 4.37 works fine, 4.38 doesn't show config. anyone else?

After backing up with CCC I tested the update on the back up drive, every thing worked fine.
I will be updating my main drive later, it should work fine.

Updated, took the driver update for NVIDIA through control panel, rebooted all done. Back to regular day to day

Looks like I'm the first one to encounter a hiccup...

On my Asus Maximus VIII Gene macOS 10.12.2:

• iMac17,1 system definition
• GTX 980 main GPU with single monitor connected.
• HD 530 enabled in bios and injected via Clover with no monitor connected.
• Used AGDPfix 1.0

After updating to 10.12.3:

• Ran AGDPfix. No video with monitor connected to GTX 980 or HD 530.
• Used Pike R. Alpha's Clover patch and disabled HD 530 in bios. Now everything is working.
