Meanwhile you can set the NVDARequiredOS tag in the /S/L/E/NVDAStartupWeb.kext/Contents/Info.plist to 16D32. Reboot.
Works like a charm.

It does survive.
But of course, you eventually want to update your HackrNVMeFamily such that it is based on the IONVMeFamily that corresponds to the system you're running.
