macOS 10.12.1 Update

Also, the App in Mac App Store has now been updated to 10.12.1.

Upgraded one of my ageing hacks (Dell Inspiron 530 with Xeon E5450) from Mavericks to Sierra 10.12.0.
Had to redo the audio (that was easy as I use the PikerAlpha method and clover) and change SMBIOS from MacPro3,1 to iMac14,2.

Then updated to 10.12.1 via App store. No drama. Audio continued to work.
I do not use Siri.
So see no other great benefit of Sierra.

Successfully updated to 10.12.1. All went smoothly except for no USB 3 and occasional panics.
Below is my config and latest panic.
Any help would be appreciated.

After the update is 10.12.1 (16B2657).
And not (16B2555), as expected.

Therefore, the installer nvidia not complete the installation because it is not compatible with the version. Any possible solution?

where is the 16B2657 update from ?

As far I know gtx760 works native. I never had to use webdriver.

Second build(GA-Z97N-WiFi) updated via Appstore. Only nvidia webdrivers asked for update. All works fine.
