Just wanted to confirm here that it would be a very bad idea to install this on a Hackintosh, wouldn't it?

Even with Clover.

Is there any way I can disable the badge, and apple menu "App Store..." item since I'll never want to install it?

It won't make any difference to a Hackintosh.

If you want to remove it from your App Store list use Search
