Mac Pro refresh late July? Custom processor?

These two links discuss the rumor of a Mac Pro refresh coming sometime in late July or early August. Furthermore, there's a rumor that they will be equipped with a custom processor not released to PCs yet and possibly never released (hopefully not!). There's also discussion of a possible Mac Pro Server model.

Custom or not it will be intel. That's if the new Mac pros get thunderbolt.
