Mac Pro 1.1 (2006) remove Top Shelf?

I started a project, a Hackintosh in a Mac Pro 1.1 case.
My biggest problem ist, I am not able to remove the Top Shelf. I have removed every screw but nothing happened. I found some tutorials for a G5 case but all the pictures were offline and just the text was not very helpful
And it seems the G5 and my Mac Pro are not similar.

Can someone help me please?

Did you try to remove the nuts for the side cover locks? On a G5 you need to remove those to remove the top shelf.

Does the top shelf come out a certain way? I've removed all the screws and these bolts and it still wont budge. Did you disassemble the door lock mechanism?

You have to disassemble the door lock mechanism if I recall. It's not terribly hard to do and it's fairly easy to put back in once all is said and done.
