It seems that the old method of extracting the Bluetooth Link keys using the following terminal command does not work in Monterey.....sudo defaults read /private/var/root/Library/Preferences/com.apple.Bluetoothd.plist LinkKeys

The link keys can, however, be retrieved through Keychain access (Keychain->Bluetooth (search)) and the entries are listed under Mobile Bluetooth. Click the password box and enter the user ID and Mac password twice and the keys can be copied as part of an XML output.

In windows 10, I was unable to see or edit the Bluetooth keys under HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\BTHPORT\Parameters\Keys. Running PSExec64.exe from the command prompt allows Regedit to start up with all access to the Windows 10 keys available ...C:\Users\[user name]\[directory location for PS Tools]\PSTools\PsExec64.exe -i -d -s c:\windows\regedit.exe.

Hope this saves folks time if they encounter the same problem.
