Mac OS X Partition not UEFI?

Installed El Capitan per instructions here, but cannot boot without the USB drive.

I've tried several remedies, including copying USB EFI/Clover contents to the same dir on the OS X EFI folder, and reinstalling Clover via MultiBeast 8.0.1.

Then I noticed something on my BIOS Boot Menu... neither of the Mac OS X partitions (one EFI, one OS) have "UEFI:" before them, like the Win10 & USB drive do (see attached screenshot)

Could that be the source of my problems? Is there some way to get the drives to "be" UEFI?

I have maeby samekind problem, I can't even start installing...
 
I''m guessing the sandisk UEFI is the USB stick your trying to boot.
