Ok this is me ----> :banghead: <---- and this is my Hack.

I just can't get the following working -

- Disc Burning = No disc burning device was found. If the device is external, make sure it’s connected and turned on.

- Serial-ATA = There was an error while scanning for Serial-ATA devices.

==========
I am using Tony's DSDT from the database (F8) with F8 BIOS installed (NOTE: F9 has just been released for this board).

My E/E =

fakesmc.kext
JMicron36xATA.kext
JMicron36xeSATA.kext
PlatformUUID.kext

ALL of my SATA controllers are set to AHCI in BIOS
My two optical drives are both SATA, and both are connected to the Intel SATA connectors, not the "GASATA's"

Any ideas? Thanks.

Quick question - I just bought Geekbench and used it for the first time. My score is 10,072. Is that good for my system? I'm not finished setting it all up yet, but wanted to try it out at this point. Still have the problem I posted about earlier.

Thanks!

hi everybody
iam running now 10.6.2 every thing ok
i do fresh installation and update to 10.6.3 put kernel panic during installation
i run 10.6.2 and combo update to 10.6.3 put also same above
what about drawin kernel 10.3.1

What are now the open issues?

USB with sleep and Audio afaik.

Any fine Vanilla solution in near future?

Just built a box and the install cd was 10.6.3.

Heads up 10.6.3 didn't like my 1.5TB drive. Kept throwing up boot0:error. Tried Fdisk and it didn't work.
Had to partition it in half to get rid of the boot0:error. Reinstalled 10.6.3 and it worked fine.

Sound is working, USB is working.

Sleep is not. Anyone else get sleep working?
I tried to use Tonymacx86's DSDT and multibeast. Any suggestions would be great.

Thanks to this forum and the people on it my build went pretty easy.
