The operating system is recognising the network interface (driver is loaded) but is saying that the cable is not connected.
The implication is that the problem is with the network that you are connecting to and not with the computer but with so little information it is impossible to say. You should test the network and cable by some other means.

Hello Sir,

I again reinstall mac osx but this time i installed 10.12.6 i have copied AppleIGB.kext to efi--clover--kext--others
both led are blinking at ethernet port. But still not able to get connected to internet.


it would helpful for me...
