Have you tried using a compatible graphics card yet ? The HD2000 is completely unsupported by macOS. You could buy a GT710 if you want Sierra or get a GT610 for Yosemite or El Capitan.I tried that just now, same thing, should I try formatting the USB again?

I'm in the same boat. I'm pretty sure I'll need the GT710 in order to get it working.Have this problem resoved finally with new graphic card? I am thinking if to buy a same one desktop.
