Guys! Anybody knows how to install mac os lion on asus x401?

Not impossible, but it's a bit hard if you can't have the BIOS modded for native power management.
Installing is easy....just get a 8GB USB stick, download UniBeast for Lion and also with a copy of Install Lion OSX from the Apple App Store, follow the instructions here to create a bootable USB stick>

You'll need to also check your BIOS and see if the following is enabled:
XHCI
EHCI
AHCI (or SATA)
USB 3.0
HPET (High Precision Event Timer)
S3 Power

and that your system boots first from the Unibeast USB first before the hard disk. This is usually set under Boot Order options in the BIOS, usually by pressing Delete or one of the F keys at boot time.
