Mac OS High Sierra will not boot after installing NVidia Drivers

So I started a fresh install of Mac OS High Sierra, and I was doing my second boot on this HDD. I installed the Web Drivers (for my GT545) and now every boot, I get this. (Cannot even use USB to boot the HDD, installer loads fine). Thank you for any help....
NVidia Web Drivers For Mac OS High Sierra 10.13.4 (both)
Previous Info: Constant spinning circle w/hout NVRam addon drivers, this is the effect for using the Clover boot loader (UEFI with NVRAM support).
