Today I did some final works and the project is finished now - if a Hackintosh ever can be finished...
Filing the window for the IR sensor:

The wired front plate with the IR sensor:
The "SATA power to Dock Connector" adapter cable for the iPod: I did not want an USB connection to the mainboard. The USB data lines are connected via resistors to tell the iPod that 500mA current is available.
