M-ATX build for Audio with Gigabyte Z270M-D3P

Hello,

After making some research and with the intel from @Jamesbond007 I got the global idea for my build.

Gigabyte GA-Z270M-D3P
GC-Alpine RIDGE Pcie thunderbolt
Intel Core Kabylake i7-7700K
AMD 5770 or GTX1050 video card
Corsair H60 cooling fan.
Ballistix Sport LT 32Go Kit
Corsair PSU CS550M
Bitfenix Phenom M casing
2 HDD
2 SSD (one for Mac Os & one for windows)

The machine would be aimed at music production, on Sierra or El Capitan, but the possibility to install a 10.8.5 on a different partition would be a great thing.

I would be using the following hardware with it:

RME-Madi Usb2
Apollo 8p Thunderbolt
UAD2 Octo Pcie
Emagic AMT8 midi interface USB2
Iconnectivity MIDI2+ USB2
Various midi USB controllers (arturia UC33) USB2
Ilok

Does it look like a good set up?
Could the big number of different hardware cause problem?
