Low Performing CPU

Hi guys

I've had my hackintosh recording studio computer up ad running for a month or two now. Had no complaints until I started running a few CPU intensive plugins in Logic X Pro. I consistently received the system overload error message and decided to run some benchmarks with Geekbench. My Baby Lake (Spoofed as Skylake) i5 7400 scored a multi core score of 3465, which is alarmingly low in comparison to the average store listed on their website, 11441. Anyone have any suggestions as to why my CPU is underperforming so terribly?

Make sure cpus=1 is not in your config.plist/Boot/Arguments

I've checked my config.plist and cpus=1 is not enabled, any other tips?
