Low Metal Score Geekbench on RX6600XT Hackintosh

I have a problem with my hackintosh.
After installing it, when the machine is empty, there is no software to install. I ran Geekbench and got a score of 85,000->90,000 points.
However, after resetting the device a few times. I feel the machine is very slow (slow from bios screen to inside mac os).
I ran Geekbench again to check it out, the score I got was very low. It only gets 20.000-30.000 score, sometime only 15->16.000
And then it's always slow, can't be used normally. Has anyone had the same problem as me and have a fix? Thanks so much for the support
Opencore 0.8.5, all kexts update to new version. SMBIOS MacPro7,1

Mother board: Z590i Rog Strix
CPU: i7-11700K
GPU: Asrock RX6600XT iTX 8G
RAM: Corsair LPX 16x2 3200Mhz
SSD: WD SN850
Wi-Fi: BCM943602CDP

Maybe this issue has not to do only to the AMD.
About your EFI, the only thing I can propose to try is removing shikigva=128 boot arg since you have MacPro7,1 SMBIOS and I think it isn't needed.

Another thing, you can try a different SMBIOS, iMacPro1,1, to see if there is any difference. For iMacPro you don't need RestrictEvents.

I tried with iMac Pro (iMacPro1,1) smbios and it got the same problem with Mac Pro 7.1
