Low Brightness by default in a intel HD 5500 graphic card inyected

Hello. I have a roblem with inyected intel HD 5500, i can´t put the brightness at maximum level, boot always at 70%.
With brightness slider the same, only reach at 70% maximum.
Any solution to put 100% the brightness in a 5500?
