Audio works fine for me from a cold boot, rebooting from OS X or waking up from sleep. Audio also works fine in Windows 8.1. The problem is that when I reboot, without completely shutting down from Windows, audio output level in OS X is very low. This only applies to the analog ports on the board. HDMI audio is still at normal volume. If I shut down from Windows and then boot into OS X it works fine. Just to clarify, audio still works after rebooting from Windows but the output level is very low.
Build specs are in my sig, number 1.
bootflags: darkwake=8 kext-dev-mode=1 nvda_drv=1
For audio I am using Toledo's CloverALC patch (ALC1150)
Any help is greatly appreciated as I am stumped.
